1. Our Commitment

DeepDate, operated by Kafeinman, is deeply committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. DeepDate is an adult-only dating application designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older, and we take every possible measure to prevent minors from accessing the Service and to eliminate any content or conduct that endangers children.

These published standards describe the rules, technical safeguards, and escalation procedures we enforce to uphold child safety across all aspects of our platform. They apply to all users, employees, contractors, and third-party partners who interact with or contribute to the DeepDate Service.

If you have encountered child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately and report directly to us at safety@deepdate.app.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these standards, the following definitions apply:

  • Child / Minor — Any person under the age of 18 years.
  • CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) — Any act that sexually abuses or exploits a child, including but not limited to: the production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material; grooming; trafficking; and sexual coercion or extortion of minors.
  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) — Any visual or written content that sexually depicts or exploits a person under the age of 18, regardless of whether the content is real or AI-generated/synthetic.
  • Grooming — Any behavior intended to establish trust with a child or a child's caregivers with the goal of facilitating sexual abuse or exploitation.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on DeepDate and will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

3.1 Prohibited Content

  • Any CSAM, including real, illustrated, AI-generated, or otherwise synthetic sexual depictions of minors.
  • Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children in any way.
  • Content that glorifies, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates CSAE.
  • Links to external platforms or resources hosting CSAM.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to register an account while under the age of 18.
  • Misrepresenting one's age to gain access to the platform.
  • Attempting to contact, groom, solicit, or exploit minors through the platform.
  • Sharing personal contact information of minors.
  • Using the platform to facilitate trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors.

4. Age Eligibility & Verification

DeepDate is strictly an 18+ platform. We implement the following age-assurance measures:

  • Date of birth collection — All users must provide their date of birth during registration. Users who indicate an age below 18 are blocked from creating an account.
  • AI liveness verification — Every account undergoes an AI-powered face liveness check during registration. This helps ensure accounts belong to real adult individuals and reduces the risk of minors bypassing age restrictions through fake profiles.
  • Profile review — Profile photos are subject to automated and manual review. Any profile appearing to depict a minor is immediately suspended pending investigation.
  • Terms of Service agreement — Users explicitly agree to our Terms of Service at registration, which confirms they are 18 or older.

If we discover or are informed that a user is under 18, their account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted.

5. Detection & Removal

We employ a layered approach to detect and remove CSAM and CSAE-related activity from the platform:

5.1 Automated Detection

  • All images uploaded to DeepDate are scanned using hash-matching technology referenced against known CSAM databases (including NCMEC's PhotoDNA technology where applicable).
  • AI-based content classifiers flag potentially harmful imagery for human review before it becomes visible to other users.

5.2 Human Review

  • User reports of CSAM or CSAE-related behavior are escalated to our dedicated Trust & Safety team within 24 hours.
  • Confirmed violations result in immediate account termination, content removal, and mandatory reporting to the appropriate authorities.

5.3 Response Timeline

  • CSAM reports are treated as the highest priority and reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately upon identification, and the relevant user account is permanently banned.
  • All confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or relevant national authorities as required by law.

6. How to Report

We provide multiple mechanisms for users to report child safety concerns:

6.1 In-App Reporting

  • Every user profile and chat conversation includes a Report button accessible via the options menu (⋯).
  • When reporting, users can select the category "Child safety / underage user" or "Inappropriate content involving a minor".
  • Reports are submitted directly to our Trust & Safety team and reviewed as a priority.

6.2 Direct Email

  • Reports can be sent directly to our child safety contact: safety@deepdate.app
  • Please include as much detail as possible (user ID, screenshots if available, description of the issue).

6.3 External Reporting Resources

  • NCMEC CyberTipline (USA): missingkids.org/cybertipline
  • Internet Watch Foundation (UK/Europe): iwf.org.uk/report
  • IWF Global (for other countries): inhope.org
  • Local law enforcement should always be contacted if a child is believed to be in immediate danger.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US, 112 in Europe) before filing any online report.

7. Law Enforcement Cooperation

DeepDate fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in all jurisdictions in investigations related to CSAE and CSAM. Specifically:

  • We retain relevant logs and user data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law to support potential investigations.
  • We respond promptly to lawful requests for information from authorized law enforcement agencies.
  • Any confirmed CSAM discovered on the platform is proactively reported to NCMEC and/or national authorities without waiting for a law enforcement request, as required by applicable law.
  • We do not notify users who are the subject of a law enforcement inquiry when such notification could interfere with an investigation.

8. Legal Compliance

DeepDate complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to child safety, including but not limited to:

  • PROTECT Our Children Act and CIPA (USA) — mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC.
  • EU Directive 2011/93/EU — on combating sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children.
  • Turkish Law No. 5651 and relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code regarding the protection of minors online.
  • All other applicable national and international laws in jurisdictions where DeepDate operates.

We periodically review these standards and our internal practices to ensure continued compliance as laws and best practices evolve.
